Fan art of Groudon, Kyogre and Rayquaza from Pokemon. I did this piece right before the Gen 3 remakes were released, so this legendary trio is up to date in their mega-evolved forms. I wanted to incorporate the theme of giant kaiju in an epic clash with catastrophic consequences, much like in Godzilla. Inspired by the work of Sawaki Takeyasu.
