Shipping & Returns 

Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped once a week, usually on a Tuesday.

  • If it's a national holiday, orders are shipped the day after.

  • If I'll be away on an upcoming Tuesday, I'll be sure to set up a shop announcement on the top of this page in advance, so please check there for the most up to date information.

  • For sales taken during EmblemCon 2022 (May 13-15), in-stock items will ship over the course of the following 2 weeks due to the large amount of orders.

I offer both USPS First Class and USPS Priority shipping options at checkout for domestic orders, but please keep in mind that if you choose the faster shipping option, your package will still only be shipped on the designated shipping day for that week. I offer USPS First Class International shipping for international orders.

Please keep in mind that some shipments are delayed due to COVID-19 and the slowed mail system in the US.

Return & Exchange Policy

Please contact me if there is any problem with your order.

  • Exchanges can be made for the same product if it gets damaged during shipping, provided that item is in stock.

  • Returns are not accepted.

  • Please make any order cancellations within 24 hours. Note that if you create an order the day before my weekly shipping day, it may not be eligible to be cancelled as I may not see your request by the time the package is shipped out. Thanks for understanding!
